The Farm offers immersive workshops and fun team-building activities for groups and organizations, including woodworking, blacksmithing, leatherwork, medicinal herbs, and more. It’s an experience that blends teamwork, creativity, and a deep connection to the land.

The experience begins with a special tour of the agricultural farm, exploring ancient farming practices and learning how grapes were cultivated in biblical times. Discover the wine-making process, local grape varieties, the art of traditional winemaking, and more.
Enjoy a professional tasting session led by the vintner. We will learn to identify flavors and aromas and deepen our understanding of the art of pairing wine with food.

Continue your experience with a boutique-style workshop featuring several stations around the Farm: Roast, grind (with a mortal and pestle), brew, and taste freshly prepared coffee; forage for seasonal vegetables and herbs straight from the garden; and enjoy a tasting of olives and olive oil at the ancient olive press.
Next, we’ll prepare a delicious farm-to-table meal together using ingredients from the Farm. The meal includes stone-oven focaccias, salads, goat cheese, olives, and a variety of dips.

Using traditional tools, we’ll create unique keychains or bracelets, applying techniques of embossing, sewing, and dyeing.

The Farm in the Valley, Jewish Walls National Park
The Farm in the Valley is located near the Hinnom Valley and the Jerusalem Cinematheque.
One may park in a nearby parking lot (paid parking): Mount Zion Hotel parking lot, First Station parking lot, or the Bell Park parking lot.
The walk from the First Station complex or from the Mount Zion Hotel area to the Farm takes about 15 minutes.
There is no parking at the Farm itself. However, there is a designated drop-off area for buses and private vehicles.
