The City of David’s accommodation complex in the Peace Forest offers the perfect setting for Shabbat retreats, Shabbat Chatan, Bar/Bat Mitzvah weekends, family gatherings, or community getaways – in a serene and scenic Jerusalem location.
The entire complex is reserved exclusively for your group and includes a range of fully equipped lodging options:
beautiful rooms, air-conditioned private caravans, a spacious family tent, private tents, and tents available for rent.
On site, you’ll find cozy gathering spaces, forest-view seating areas, and a peaceful atmosphere that allows you to disconnect and reconnect.
A dedicated prayer space with a Torah scroll (Ashkenazi) is available, along with a certified Eruv and free parking.
You’re welcome to bring your own kosher catering and structure the Shabbat experience to your needs and style.
The site operates from March through November, and can accommodate up to 20 families.

When you rent the Peace Forest complex, it will be reserved exclusively for you. This includes access to all accommodation units, the Forest observation point, and the tents.
There is free parking by the entrance to the complex.

The complex can accommodate approximately 20 families.
The complex has an area to hold prayer services, and a Torah scroll (Ashkenaz). Please coordinate with the on-duty manager to receive the Torah scroll.
The eruv of the complex is certified by an authorized Rabbi.
