The City of David reveals the story of the revival of ancient Jerusalem in a unique and thrilling show, projected with cutting-edge technology on the ruins of the City of David, beneath the starry sky!

Over 2,000 years ago, Jerusalem was destroyed, and the Babylonian exile began. After 70 years, and against all odds, Nehemiah son of Hacaliah succeeded in rallying the greatest empire in the world and embarked on a dangerous journey to Jerusalem, leading a small mission to rebuild the devastated city, while facing challenges from within and enemies from without.

The show presents the amazing story of rebuilding Jerusalem, now redone with fascinating content and pyrotechnics that combine the special effects of fire and water, creating a breathtaking experience.

There is a snack bar on site offering food and drink options.

There are lockers on site (fee charged) to place personal items. There is no space to leave strollers.
The show is held under the sky, we recommend to have warm clothes.

Those who have a personal hearing aid will be provided with devices with inspirational loops to listen to the show in the different languages. It is necessary to move the hearing aid to the T position.Those using sound amplification will be provided with personal headphones to listen to the show in the various languages.

A free shuttle to Hallelujah night show will depart from the first station parking lot 45 minutes before show time.
We recommend taking advantage of this service to ensure you arrive on time.

Taxis:

Taxis are always allowed to enter through Jaffa Gate; therefore, y can get to the City of David by taxi.

Arrival by private car:

Important note: It is difficult to find parking next to the Kotel and the City of David. These are our recommended arrival directions.

Walking distance from Karta / Mamilla parking garages to the City David approximately 20 minutes. Arrival by taxi is recommended.
Mt. Zion parking lot (fee charged). Navigation with WAZE
Zion Gate / David’s Tomb parking lot (fee charged) – Approximately 9-minute walk to the City of David. Parking based on availability.
