Come and enjoy a guided Segway tour where you can experience the city in a new way: ambling among stunning vistas, on flowering trails with magical landscapes of the Armon Hanatziv Promenade, all in a light, enjoyable atmosphere.
We will depart from the new Visitors Center towards the Goldman Promenade and circle around Armon Hanatziv, where we will see a spectacular view towards the east and discuss Jerusalem as a city on the edge of the desert.
As we travel westward, we will ride along the Armon Hanatziv Promenade, observing Jerusalem and hearing about its history throughout the generations.
We will descend the Promenade towards the Peace Forest, learn about the urban line, and see remains of the ancient water system that served Jerusalem. Finally, we will return back to the Visitors Center.
The tour route:
- Starting point: The new Visitors Center on the Armon Hanatziv Promenade.

- Haas Promenade – Armon Hanatziv Ridge
- Goldman Promenade – Impressive lookout over the Judaean desert
- Sherover Promenade
- End point: The new Visitors Center on the Armon Hanatziv Promenade.

Near the meeting point, there is paid parking.
One may park at the following locations:
- Kaf Het Beiyar Street (The entrance to the lower level near the UN headquarters)
- Olei Hagardom Street – in a commercial center in Armon Hanatziv, about a 4-minute walk
Segway is permited from 16 years + / Weight restricitons are 45-115 Kilo
- Riding the Segway is prohibited for pregnant women or for individuals whose weight exceeds 115 kilograms (approximately 250 pounds).
- One may join the tour by riding a golf cart.
Yes, the tour begins and ends at the same point- the new Visitors Center on the Armon Hanatziv Promenade.
From July 30th to August 18th, you may ride a shuttle that travels to the First Station.
For further details, please contact the reception desk.
Outside these dates, you should return independently to the meeting point – the new Visitor Center on the Armon Hanatziv Promenade.
