You are invited to a fascinating visit to the enormous monuments that glorify the Kidron Valley, that have been called “the Petra of Jerusalem” and were hewn from the mountain stone thousands of years ago.
You will be welcomed at the site to the Kidron hospitality tent – hospitality in ancient style and an authentic atmosphere, with low seating on mats and stools, where you will be served hot tea and coffee at no charge.
Enjoy a unique hospitality experience – magnet photos in ancient dress for a small charge, giving you an unforgettable souvenir.
To complete your experience, our hosts will help you choose colorful costumes of your choice and photograph you against the background of the tent or the monuments.
In one moment, memorialized in a photo, you can become part of the story of ancient Jerusalem.

From the First Station complex and Kikar Tzahal:
Bus 83, 83א – Get off at the Mount of Olives bus stop (get off at the Mount of Olives Information Center, at the first stop on Derech Yericho street).
From the City Center and Jaffa Street:
Take Bus 1 or 3 in the direction of the Kotel.
Get off at the stop for Derech Yericho / Derech Haofel (three stops before the Kotel).
Go forward in the direction of the traffic light, cross the street and continue straight on Derech Yericho. In 250 meters you will reach the Mount of Olives Information Center, a one-story building under a giant pergola.
From Kikar Shabbat and Geula.
Take Bus 51. Get off at the “Mount of Olives” stop. (Get off at the Mount of Olives Information Center, the first stop on Derech Yericho).
Arrival by private car:
There is parking on the sides of the street in the area of the Mount of Olives Information Center, Derech Yericho 52, Jerusalem.
Search for “Mount of Olives Information Center” on WAZE or Navigate with WAZE.
- Sunday – Thursday, 9:00 – 17:00. Special hours can be arranged in advance.
- The experience does not include guiding.
- There is a snack bar with food and drink at the Mount of Olives Information Center.
